Setting:        About 2km north of the Milk River on a promontory which is part of the Milk River Ridge.

Brief:            The  Medicine  Wheel  consists  of a  5m  diameter   1.75m  high  central  cairn  is surrounded  by  a   12.6m  diameter  stone  ring  which  has  a  2.5m  opening on  the  SE side.   Two  5.5m  spokes  extend  out from  the  opening  and  terminate  in   1m  diameter cairns.
