WHY USE FEEDS?

Gleanr provides an effective way to aggregate feeds and bundles, and to glean these into your channels.  Using a plumbing analogy, this allows you to connect the right input pipes to enrich your output channels.

SET-UP

Any website or web service that can generate an RSS or Atom feed can be fed into Gleanr. This includes Gleanr itself - you can create feeds that allow you to follow channels created by other gleaners. The following presentation is a lightning tour of feed creation:

STRATEGY

  1. Bundle your feeds in your favourite feed reader rather than create many smaller feeds.
  2. Your feeds will update continuously, so review them as regularly as their content flow indicates.
